" I am a paranoid bird mother and had an upcoming holiday earlier this year where I would be away for a month and was so stressed with what we would do with our cockatiel team! Well what can I say, I am so glad I found Foxwood! I was searching online for months, struggling to find a bird boarding service in the region that looked trustworthy. From the moment I saw the website to when I called up, everything was so professional. Michele and Zac are fantastic, their set-up is first-class and they have vast experience dealing with household/pet birds. Michele sends photos and updates every day, I felt I could relax knowing are in the best of hands. They enjoy a lot of out of cage time daily and chatting to other birds! It's definitely a home from home for them. I have since made multiple repeat bookings and will continue to do so. Would fully recommend to any bird owners in the region. "

"Michele and family did a wonderful job looking after our two cockatiels while we were overseas for 6 weeks. They were happy and healthy and clearly enjoying their time with Michele and family. Michele provided us with very regular updates and photos as to how our loved ones were going, and even had a report card describing how they went each day.

Our cockatiels came home happy and not stressed.

They clearly enjoyed having plenty of time out of the cage and lots of interaction with Michele and family, who have a genuine love for birds.

We will definitely bring the birds back when we head off on our next trip.

"Another paranoid bird mum here who gets so anxious leaving her babies with anyone for more than 2 days! We drove from Sydney and dropped off our girls to Foxwood after a good friend recommended them to us and we are so glad we did. We had a stress free wedding and relaxing honeymoon without worrying about our girls for over 2 weeks! Michele was so incredibly lovely and her son I didn't get to meet also has a passion for birds which made us feel at ease straight away. Michele sent daily updates on how they were going and for the first time in 3 years we didn't stress about our babies being without us! Thank you again for treating our girls like queens!
