Terms and Conditions - Overview

Boarding fees are calculated on a per calendar day basis, which include the day of check-in and check-out.
A non refundable 10% deposit is required to book your bird into a space. Spaces are limited and your deposit will ensure your bird has a guaranteed spot if we are booked out.
We ask that a 40% deposit be made upon, or prior to arrival and the remaining 50% finalised upon departure.
Payments can be made by cash or bank deposit.
It is recommended that birds receive a vet health check prior to their stay.
Prior to their holiday stay all birds MUST be in good health, showing no signs of illness.
